What Is Essex BBQ?

Essex BBQ was formed after lockdown as a place to share and showcase all of my BBQ cooks and ideas. The online BBQ community is a fantastic place to learn new tips, recipes and ideas and I felt right at home!

Started by Chelmsford resident Tom, Essex BBQ quickly gathered pace and I discovered and met other local grillers that shared a similar passion for all things BBQ and who wanted to explore and push the boundaries of traditional BBQ. In Spring 2022, Essex BBQ joined forces with Essex based demo chefs “Worlds Pantry” to offer a unique BBQ event catering business under their Worlds Pantry umbrella that really pushes the boundaries of traditional American BBQ but with a twist.
